Shipping Rates
Our standard shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of your order, including packaging materials. This helps ensure that shipping costs remain fair and accurate based on the size and weight of your parcel.
However, greeting cards are an exception. Because they are lightweight and consistent in size, greeting cards are shipped at a flat, standard letter rate regardless of quantity or weight.
Please note that shipping rates may also vary depending on your province, as carrier pricing differs across regions.
Packaging & Care
We take great care in packaging every order securely and thoughtfully. While we ensure that all items are packed with attention and protection in mind, it is important to acknowledge that shipping carriers occasionally handle parcels roughly once they leave our possession.
Because of this, if you experience any issue with your package—whether it arrives damaged, opened, or in less-than-ideal condition—we kindly ask that you reach out to us. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we truly appreciate being informed so we can help resolve any concerns with your order or investigate the issue further.

Local Delivery
For customers located within our local delivery area, we are pleased to offer a more personal delivery option.
Local orders are delivered with care directly by us. Packages can be left at your door or in your preferred safe location. For condo or apartment buildings, we will deliver to the mailroom if access is available. If not, we will leave your package at your front door.
If you would prefer to be contacted upon arrival, we are happy to accommodate that as well. During checkout, there is a dedicated section where you may leave delivery instructions to help us ensure your package is delivered exactly the way you prefer.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $80 CAD
As a thank-you for your support, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $80 CAD. Once your order reaches this threshold, the shipping fee will be automatically waived at checkout.
