What materials do you use in your products?
We carefully select high-quality materials for all of our candles, wax melts and handmade crafts. Our candles and Wax melts are made using 100% Soy Wax and skin friendly fragrance oils without parabens and Phthalate-Free. Every item is handmade with care to ensure quality, uniqueness, and a cozy touch in every product.
Are your candles handmade?
Yes! Every candle and craft item is handmade in small batches with care and attention to detail, making each piece unique. All of our products are eco-friendly, vegan and proudly Canadian.
Can I request custom scents or designs?
Depending on availability, we may be able to create custom scents, colors, labels, or themed designs for special orders. Feel free to contact us with your ideas.
What is the typical lifespan of wax melts?
The longevity of wax melts varies depending on their size and the quality of the wax. On average, a standard wax melt can infuse a space with fragrance for approximately 8-12 hours, or until the scent fades.
How do I care for my candles?
To enjoy your candle safely and help it last longer:
- Trim the wick before each use! It is really important to be always about 1/4 inch long. This prevents black soot and helps the flame burn cleanly.
- Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn. Soy wax has "burn memory"; this first step prevents the candle from only burning down the middle.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep candles away from children, pets, and flammable objects
How long should I burn my candle?
Limit burns to a maximum of 3 to 4 hours at a time. Extinguish the flame, let it cool, and trim the wick before relighting.
Why does my candle look bumpy after burning?
We are using 100% natural soy wax, bumpy tops or "frosting" are completely normal and will not affect the candle's performance. That is an indicator that we are using 100% soy wax without additives.
How can I use the empty candle jar?
You can use the empty jars (after cleaning) for Home & Organization.
- Cotton pads or cotton swabs holder
- Makeup brush container
- Jewelry storage (rings, earrings, bracelets)
- Desk organizer for pens, paper clips, and small supplies
- Bathroom container for hair ties and bobby pins
- Spice or tea storage (if the jar is thoroughly cleaned)
Can I place custom orders for special events?
Absolutely! We love creating custom candles and crafts for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate gifts, holidays, and other special occasions. Contact us with your ideas, quantities, and event date, and we’ll work together to create something special for your event.
Can I change my order after confirmation?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible, but we’ll always try our best to help. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Once production or shipping has started, changes may no longer be available.
When will I receive my order?
Since our products are handmade, processing times may vary depending on the order. Most orders are prepared within 2–5 business days. Shipping times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We carefully package every order, but if you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage. We are here to provide the best service possible and will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We may also offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
We do offer free local delivery in select areas of Waterloo and Kitchener. At the moment, we do not have a physical storefront yet — but we hope to have one someday!
What payment methods do you accept?
Our website is powered by Shopify, which provides secure and trusted payment processing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods available through Shopify checkout.
Do you have a return policy?
At this time, we do not offer a formal return policy. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us through our contact page, and we’ll do our best to help.
